Jessica Safran Speaks at Business
Volunteers for the Arts (BVA) Volunteer Orientation

Jessica Safran, Executive Coach and Founder of VitalSignage,
speaks to a group of new Business Volunteers for the Arts.
In the first session she and New York City Opera client and
collaborator Eric Hagmueller, Director of Retail Sales and
Volunteer Services, present a case study of a successful engagement
with City Opera. In the second session, she discusses the
role of a BVA Management Consultant. BVA creates successful
collaborations between business professionals and non-profit
arts organizations through a wide range of consulting projects.

VitalSignage partners with the New York City Opera to deliver
a new customized communications workshop for New York City
Opera Information Services Volunteers who provide a breadth
and depth of information for New York City Opera customers
on performances, cast, educational programs, membership benefits,
subscriptions, and more. The goals of the workshop are to:
- Support volunteers in the service that they provide.
- Promote communication between the New York City Opera
and volunteers.
- Build community among the volunteers.

Mom TV Shoot
Friday August 12th, 2005
Jessica Safran of VitalSignage Coaching & Consulting is
one of 3 new mothers/caregivers in TV shoot for Alpha
Mom TV on a show about Baby First Aid and Emergency Care.
This segment is a talk show format, with an emergency medical
specialist as the host and the moms/caregivers as guests who
ask questions on various topics. Segment is currently in editing.
Alpha Mom TV is a video on demand channel that is available
through Comcast.

Qualifications and the Credentialing Question – An Interactive
Panel Session. The event is sponsored by the New York Chapter

Consultants at 330 Madison Ave. As a graduate of Corporate
Coach University, Jessica represents the training program
as an alumna discussing the program and the state of the executive
